Artemis Petzetaki
Founder & Managing Director, 5 years’ experience

Artemis is the Founder & Managing Director of AP Keys, with a background in Business & Management from the University of Sussex. She began her career in London with one of the city’s largest estate agencies and went on to specialise in high-value residential lettings, working with international clients across prime markets.
Her career later expanded into the luxury villa and investment space, including leading Business Development for a leading Chinese property platform in the Build-to-Rent and PBSA sectors across the UK and Europe. She further strengthened her expertise in real estate investment and capital markets through advanced studies in Real Estate Finance at the London School of Economics.
The journey with AP Keys began with one of her earliest client relationships in London, who entrusted her with the management of six properties. It has since evolved into a boutique property management, lettings, and advisory firm overseeing a growing multi-asset portfolio across residential and investment markets.
Aurora Petzetaki
Co-Founder and Client Director

Aurora is Co-Founder and Client Director at AP Keys International, with a background in luxury property operations, client relations, and international market expansion.
She began her career at TravelStaytion, a global luxury villa platform, where she spent over two years working with high-value property portfolios across established and emerging markets, including Hollywood. Her work focused on property onboarding, market expansion, and owner relations at an international level.
Through this experience, Aurora developed a practical understanding of luxury real estate operations and the expectations of high-net-worth owners and clients – a perspective that now informs how AP Keys International supports students, professionals, and international clients relocating or investing abroad.
As Co-Founder, Aurora oversees client onboarding, relationship management, and property coordination, acting as the point of continuity between client and property. Her approach is measured, hands-on, and service-led.
Allegra Petzetaki
International Agent & Head of Greek and Italian Operations

Allegra is the International Agent & Head of Greek and Italian Operations at AP Keys. With a background in International Relations from the University of Sussex and experience living and working across Greece, Italy, and the UK, she brings a strong international perspective and client-first approach to every relocation.
Before joining AP Keys, she built her career in high-touch, multicultural environments, from delivering premium guest experiences at Welcome Hotel in Milan to managing global consultations at Guidepoint and supporting NGO projects. This foundation in client service and cross-cultural communication now shapes her hands-on, detail-driven approach.
At AP Keys, she leads client onboarding, manages the Greek portfolio, oversees day-to-day property management operations, and manages key partnerships across Greece, ensuring each client journey is seamless, transparent, and expertly managed from first inquiry to settled resident.
Iokasti Sotirakopoulou
Interior Design Partner
English (Fluent), Greek (Native), Italian (Fluent).
Iokasti is the Interior Design Partner at AP Keys, working across residential projects between Athens and London, with a focus on full renovations, spatial layouts, and interior styling. She studied Interior and Spatial Design in Milan, where she collaborated with design studios and high-end showrooms, developing a strong appreciation for materiality, spatial harmony, and the technical craft behind expressive interiors.
Alongside her residential work, she is a stylist for Livingetc, where she writes about interior trends and offers design consultations, translating editorial insight into thoughtful, livable spaces.
At AP Keys, Iokasti leads the design direction for residential projects from concept to completion, creating interiors that balance functionality, warmth, and long-term usability. Her recent work includes the Chalandri Project in Athens, a full residential renovation focused on improving spatial flow, materiality, and everyday living.
